Tickets are $2 and will be sold through November 30th. The winner of the 50/50 will be selected during the Pet Photo Contest voting event. One Grand Prize winner will receive 50 percent of the total money raised from ticket sales and the United Way of Delaware will receive the other 50 percent raised.
