Submit photos in your favorite team’s gear. Photos can include you, family & friends, or pets in your jersey/shirt or gear.  With each photo submission make a $5 donation using the United Way of Delaware’s secure online payment site – UChoose. Each photo submission gives you one entry into a drawing for a $50 gift card. Multiple submissions will result in more chances to win. The gift card drawing will be held at the end of the campaign.

This form will remain open from October 25th – November 19th, 2021.
