Dear colleague, you are invited to a virtual 30-minute session Dare to Breathe where you will discover the power of breath and its effect on our overall well-being. Join to explore different breathing patterns and techniques, and learn how you can change your state of being at any moment. From fear, stress and insomnia to confidence, concentration and peace.

Anya Pruitt, our Internal Auditor, is also a yoga teacher and mindful movement coach. She is happy to share what she’s learned through her own and her practitioners’ experiences. 

The event will occur on October 7th , Anya’s birthday, at 12 pm EST, in frame of the United Way of Delaware’s 2021 Campaign.
